I used OCT my first year in CA a few years back and they were fine, no complaints. Recently got married and decided to hire someone again and I'm not sure what has happened but just awful experience. I've called the call center 12 times over the past month because each time I call they say someone will reach out, but they never do. Today, they sent me a text 30min prior to some appt, not even saying it's OCT, just "office appt 4:45pm", very strange. This tax service is awesome. They are responsive and efficient. Most impressive is their availability to respond to any questions you may have. The turnaround time between receipt of my tax information and the completion of my returns amazed me. I would highly recommend Sergio and his team to everyone.

Sergio is the best. They are very organized and prompt and very helpful. I had a large tax bill due to a past tax error from someone else, and so I found Sergio and he was able to fix everything. I cannot thank Sergio and his team enough. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
