The ski director Sharon, lift director Nicole, and another lovely worker named Diane (who put all the right people together) were EXTREMELY helpful in locating and returning my friend's wallet last night and this morning. They invested serious effort into assisting us and went beyond their normal working hours to ensure he could get his wallet before our flight across the country.
