No zero to rate. Ripped my son off of nearly $900 in parts and his front wheel to the new touring bike he had them build up. Thankfully they sent his bike minus that stuff to him in Germany, but then would never answer any calls or emails. Wife went yesterday while in states and the shop is empty. If anyone has info on the person who owned it, I’d love to hear from you.
