I noticed a lot of the negative reviews were from over 5 years ago, so please be mindful of what you are reading, because nothing beats this place if you are considering a residence for yourself or a family member. I just recently signed a lease for my grandmother at ORA and have been delighted with our experience since the first phone call and in person tour. Je viens de visiter les lieux et je suis ravis de la qualité de l’accueil de France ,une employée qui a pris le temps de répondre à toutes mes questions avec grande courtoisie. Un détail qui en dit long ,elle prends le temps de saluer chacun des occupants par leur nom !
