I booked an eyebrow wax. When I arrived I was shown into a treatment room with a dirty white leather treatment bench with no towels on the bench or even a head pillow. Just about the most unhygienic thing I've ever seen. My eyebrow wax felt rushed and the wax removal was painful. I won't be back. Went home and had to have a shower after lying on a dirty white leather treatment bench with no towels or pillow. NEVER AGAIN
