I didn't realise how great this company was until I was forced to move on. The care staff are lovely people. They will do things that are not on your care plan. Just by the goodness of their hearts. You couldn't get a better care company.
The staff are lovely people. Unfortunately. When I had a complaint, their response and attitude was very unsatisfactory. Office staff can be rude when a complaint has to be repeated. And I personally was constantly ignored when I phoned.

Very unprofessional and undertrained company we had to suspend their services fir a much more professional care package. We went through our social worker and fir about 2 weeks no package but now we have such a well trained company. The girls are intuitive ti me needs. No complaints; it was worth suspending opus care for couple of weeks and getting in a better tender in the meantime.
