I've banked with this bank for a few years and I used to absolutely enjoy banking with them. Recently not so much. I have 2 accounts with Opus and I unfortunately list one accounts debit card. I called the bank to request a replacement and the girl on the phone seemed to not really know what she was doing nor was she very polite. The next day I went into the bank to get some cash and thank goodness I did.
