They nevvvvver respond to messages or answer their phone, doesn't matter the time of day or day of the week.
I bought a 60 minute session as a bday gift and it's been over a month of trying to get them on the phone, honestly not worth it at this point
Uodate on this: I left this review sometime ago. Recently learned businesses can easily return credits. This business chose not to despite their mess-up. Chose wisely who you do business with. ......
