Uodate on this: I left this review sometime ago. Recently learned businesses can easily return credits. This business chose not to despite their mess-up. Chose wisely who you do business with. ...... This definitely is not off to a good start!!! Especially, since this appointment was a first visit and a gift. I booked an appointment online for my guy. I received this message this morning at 9:53 am on 8/18/25. Appointment cannot be accommodated with Opulence Wellness Spa on Tue, Sep 02, 2025 due to: NO REASON LISTED!!! This will probably be a NO, I’ll send him somewhere else!!!
I had not had a massage in quite a few years and Kathleen did an amazing job. I was happy to see that I had the full hour massage. I will definitely be returning!
