When my daughters mobile phone was stolen she was locked out of everything. Absolutely everything. Gizelle from Optus was absolutely fantastic and helped my daughter to not only log into everything again but also got her a new mobile phone. Nicest lady ever! We feel like we owe you everything! Without her kindness and patience my daughter would have lost so much, including her money. Much appreciated.
