Optum is so impersonal! For instance, they just called and I answered only to hear a recorded message instructing me to call them... Absolutely unacceptable. A family member of mine has been a patient here for years with severe health issues, yet despite the significant impact on her daily life, the care she has received has been inadequate. Communication with this specific doctor's office is consistently poor, and they often fail to take concerns seriously.
