Optum Bank is terrible terrible terrible to deal with. Their accounting is insufficient and can't provide clear record of what exactly happened. I went to get my eyeglasses and made payment with my Optum card. Due to some mistake the provider need to refund it. After that I had to pay with my credit card because the previous charge with Optum bank didn't clear. Optum bank tracks only the charge and not the refund. Worst bank service ever for my HSA FSA
I have ordered nearly 3+ times to replace my card and never received them .. every time they say it will be delivered over the mail , this leads to the serious concern .. looks like I see many people are facing similar issue and not sure what Optum team is doing about it to address the concern ..🤦 it’s better to move away to different HSA provider ..
