Optum has a lease with MassDot to maintain the bridge over the mbta train tracks on Miner Street. After years of complaints by neighbors Optum persist in being negligent on maintaining the bridge. If they cannot maintain infrastructure around their building imagine how terrible their quality of care!
They sent me a letter to call a number to schedule a HouseCall appointment. I have been calling for days. It rings 7 times and then makes a busy signal. We've called from 3 phones. Same thing. What's up with this???
