I am writing this review to warn others about the utter lack of support at Optum Bank. During the height of tax season, I found myself locked out of my account. This happens, but what followed was inexcusable. Their automated password reset tool was down, so I called customer service. After waiting to speak to a human, I was informed that they had zero ability to help me manually reset my password. Their only solution? "Try again in a few hours. Maybe tomorrow." Optum constantly stiffs providers and patients. They will approve PreAuthorizations, then deny claims stating things like the place of service is inconsistant with the type of service....when these were known at time of authorization. Appeals and payments taking 10 months is not taking care of anyone, and is pure money grabbing. DUMP OPTUM!
