Extremely Disappointed with Optum Bank's Lack of Flexibility and Poor Customer Service I recently attempted to transfer my HSA funds from Optum Bank to a Fidelity HSA via a trustee-to-trustee, in-kind transfer. The majority of my HSA balance is invested in a Schwab HSA platform that Optum manages. Horrible customer service bouncing us back and forth to token department to add a card to mobile wallet when it wasn't working. After 10+ hours on the phone dealing with this, the agents decided to send a replacement card. They said they would process a replacement card asap then they disconnected the call and never processed the replacement. They never bothered to follow up to complete the process.
