Placed order March 15, 2021. After seven emails following up on the status of the order I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. This organization is a scam, and today they have yet to respond to any of my communication requests or provide a refund. The product was never delivered, nor has a refund finisher. Be advised, this organization and product is a complete scam.
