If you’re in a hurry, don’t order from here. I ordered contact lenses on December 6th, they finally shipped yesterday, December 23rd with an expected arrival date of January 3rd. They get 2 stars because their customer service is responsive but 1 month for lenses is ridiculous. They don’t offer an overnight shipping option either.

Update This is what I first posted: Beware! "Not very good customer service. Glasses were suppose to ship 2 weeks ago. Sent email, no reply. Called several times before got someone. My glasses finally arrived. The gasses were fine and what I had expected. I would order again from them because of value for price.It took 4 weeks to get glasses." They have improved greatly. I had to call them on a new order and they made sure everything was correct. Less than 2 weeks to get order. I would now recommend them to family and friend... read more
