Horrible Horrible Horrible customer service. I called to question the status of my online purchase, and was continuously hung up on or placed on hold where Noone returned back to the line. $130 down the drain, so order at your own risk. If I could give 0 stars, I definitely would.

If you’re in a hurry, don’t order from here. I ordered contact lenses on December 6th, they finally shipped yesterday, December 23rd with an expected arrival date of January 3rd. They get 2 stars because their customer service is responsive but 1 month for lenses is ridiculous. They don’t offer an overnight shipping option either.
