Optisource is the land of misfit toys. The President is totally absent and the most arrogant human being ever. He was cutting deli meat one day and the next he's anointed a leader. Only in America! Good place to work. Has its own culture that may seem overbearing but once you get pass the politics, it is an environment you can make great relationships with the people you work with. It taught me a lot about the optical business and the advancement of visionary products.
