I got the optishot simulator over 4 years ago and have enjoyed it continuously. The 1st xmas I had it, my family played a couple of courses and they really enjoyed the game. I had to upgrade my laptop one year but couldn't locate my ID. Customer Service worked to locate my ID and move my app to a new laptop. One of the best customer service experiences I've had.
Honestly, the swing pad is meant more as a game then actual practice. Mine was fun while it lasted but after about a year the sensors stopped working unfortunately. The optishot team was willing to help replace it until I found out I was no longer eligible for a warranty. I was very disappointed but it was fun while it lasted.
