Owner is excellent. Well worth the price if anything ever happens your always covered or have a good solution. It's really a no worries place.
I was not super excited about having to get glasses. When I went in to this place, the two ladies there who helped me were FANTASTIC. This is not just your typical place where they say, "yeah, yeah, here try these glasses"... this is the type of place where they say, "we want you to look FABULOUS and keep working until we find the PERFECT pair of glasses for YOU". and that is just what they did. I feel very fortunate to have found Optique de Fleur, not having had good luck buying glasses in the past. Fleur takes as much time as you need to help you find the perfect frames (and she has many choices!), to fit your glasses, and to make sure you're perfectly satisfied. Fleur's assistant, Yvette was a wonderful help, too, encouraging me to go outside to make sure I liked the frames in daylight and following up after purchase with great customer service. I will never go anywhere else for my optical needs!
Went in today to get new glasses for my son on the recommendation of our ophthalmologist after two other glasses shops messed up and left him with glasses that were useless. Fleur was very patient and took the time to make sure the frames fit his face - I’ve never had an optician actually do that in 35 years of wearing glasses! I was incredibly happy with the experience, and I’ll be using Fleur again in the future for the rest of my family.
