Fantastic facility. The woman on duty whose name was Koral was very knowledgeable super friendly and very attentive. She explained everything with great detail with a smile on her face. My body feels fantastic after an hour long session. Highly recommended.
Koral was AMAZING at explaining everything and was very knowledgeable about everything Optimyze offered. All the treatments were so awesome! I slept 7 hrs straight and woke up with lots of energy. No tiredness feeling and no struggling to get up. I absolutely recommend giving Optimyze a try if you want your body to heal and feel amazing agin. Lots of hugs Koral! Thank you 🙏🙏🙏
Amazing experience with Catherine, Koral and the owner, Michael. Everyone was so kind and welcoming! We started with compression therapy and moved onto PEMF therapy where Cat guided me through breath work. Next was the sauna, cold plunge, hot tub, cold plunge again and red light therapy. Every treatment was lovely, even the cold plunge which Cat was so encouraging about. (I’m a big wimp so I needed the extra encouragement!) the facility is clean and well managed 💗
What an amazing facility! I was here visiting my son, and we were able to enjoy all of the facility!! Need one in Dallas!
Very relaxing and fulfilling experience! Visited from out of town but will definitely recommend to others.
