I’ve come to optimyze a few times after joining last week. Courtney was AMAZING! 🩵 She helped guide me through the cold plunge and modalities, and I did the cold 3 times! Highly recommend!
Optimyze Tempe is a wonderful space to take a break and recharge with non-invasive therapeutic modalities. The staff are welcoming, and there to support you, believe in you, and remind you to breathe through challenge. Highly recommend this location!
If you’re looking for instant results and an overall great experience, this is the place to go. I came in for my first 90 minute session and was blown away! Koral coached me through my whole session. Her knowledge and passion shows. I have been in pain for years and nothing seems to work. I left feeling relaxed and euphoric. I will tell everyone about optimyze! I look forward to my next session.

Great place overall—I really enjoyed my time here. The wellness center has a calm, relaxing vibe, and everything felt very clean and hygienic, which made the experience even better. Koral was amazing—very welcoming, patient, and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain things clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to unwind and recharge.
