Amazing experience from start to finish. Courtney was so knowledgeable in all of the therapies and did a phenomenal job walking us through the center, explaining everything and making us feel comfortable. It was our first time trying many of the therapies, including the cold plunge, BioCharger and red light therapy and we loved them all and felt so energized when we walked out of the building. Also slept like a baby that night! We can't wait to be back!
