A tremendous experience all around! Wally helped guide me in the cold plunge and did an amazing job. I was thinking I would last 30 seconds and I went a whole 3 mins!!! 100% recommend!
I’ve been a happy customer for months and the new large cold plunge tub is amazing! As a larger client it’s great to have free arm movement in there. No other place in Phoenix had a cold plunge tub this nice. So happy they added this to their facility.
My experience today was above anything I could have asked for! Services were all so good and felt so great. Cat did a wonderful job guiding me through each step of the way and was a great guide through the cold plunge. Can’t wait to be back!
Very welcoming space and relaxing atmosphere!
My best friend and I went to Optimyze today for our first time. We called ahead, made an appointment and Wally and Michael got us set up. Wally walked us through each modality explaining the benefits and answering our questions as we went along. The place was clean, had great energy and everything flowed smoothly. Can’t wait to become a regular here! Also, don’t skip the cold plunge! You go in as Clark Kent and come out as Superman!
