This place is a hidden gem, the individual sauna, cold tub, compression. Wally is a great instructor as well, this place resonates peace and resilient vibes
The care kindness and support start to finish at Optimyze is fantastic and healing in itself. The session was nourishing and we have felt the benefits for days!
What an incredible facility. I have been to similar places but this was top notch. The staff was super helpful and knowledgeable and walked me through the cold plunge. The biolight was incredible combined with the breathwork and to finish everything off with the red light therapy and a healthy snack made the experience amazing. Highly recommend.
