Excellent company to work for. No lies, no cheating. In 26 years of driving I would say they have the best dispatch team ever. If you want to be an Owner Operator they give you real rate confirmations.
Great team to work with! Being a broker can be extremely stressful, especially in this market lately and Optimus makes it a lot less stressful. Easy to talk to, great to negotiate rates with, and on time compliance/hourly automation is a blessing. Keep up the good work team!
My wife and I drive as a team 7 months now for Optimus. I’ve never been the one to leave reviews for companies, but they are getting this. I’ve been driving a long time and rarely do you see companies that care about drivers. (Wow) I’m not gonna rave but they care, they will work with you on your preferences, good consistent loads, and unlike most companies, they won’t treat you like you are replaceable. So far it’s been great, my only problem is not finding them sooner. Hidden little gem of a trucking company.
I am a broker for Optimus and these guys have never let me down! They have made my life significantly better with how on top of it they are. I will gladly have them haul any of my freight.
