Brokers beware! As a fellow broker, of 30 years standing, I referred an equity release case to Tim Spencer last year ( He had approached me earlier, touting for business, at an Industry event ) I understand referrals from fellow brokers is a large part of his income stream. Bad experience because be in the process for five month ask me for same documents over and aver over not answering when I called Emails as will then my home appraisal for 800 dollars and finally call me and said they can refinancing my loan so no recommendation for this mortgage bad services
