Carlos was excellent. I was most impressed by his approach: I had never been to a physio before, but Carlos made me feel comfortable and asked lots of questions which made me feel like my concerns were being assessed, considered, and understood thoroughly before any physical inspection or treatment was attempted. He was conversational and professional and I will definitely be recommending him and this practice to others looking for a physio.
I just want to say that we are extremely happy with our experience so far. I can't thank Carlos enough for helping my daughter get back on the court after a bad shin splints injury. We are now working with Nathan and team to get her back in shape and so far we are extremely happy with all the attention, knowledge and support. If you want the best then there's no other place to go.
This is a great gym where I feel welcome and can push myself to get stronger and fitter. All the staff are great and help me with everything I need!
