Olga is fantastic! I’ve had a few cupping sessions so far and I leave feeling absolutely rejuvenated each time. This facility is clean, professional, and inviting. Olga takes her time making sure you’re comfortable through the whole process. The beds are warm, cozy, and relaxing, and she offers a foot warming lamp as well. What a gift it has been to find such an amazing care facility. I can’t wait to have more sessions and experience acupuncture as well!

Optimum Vitality is the best. My hips, legs and feet were sore. It was hard to walk. Needles frightened me, but I had to do something. I’m 76 years old. Juan started there He has very gentle needling techniques and very compassionate towards getting people to feel better. As my lower body improved it was suggested that less body weight would lessen the stress on the hips/knees. Juan suggested a diet plan. I honestly can’t say enough good things about Olga at Optimum Vitality! I had been dealing with chronic back pain for quite some time. I’m someone who always tries to address health issues through lifestyle changes first — diet, exercise, yoga, therapy, massage — you name it. Unfortunately, nothing was really helping. I started seeing Olga at the very end of July and in just two weeks my pain in my hip and groin area has just about disappeared. I'd been to numerous doctors over the past two years because I could barely walk without a severe limp and intense pain, and they all told me it was arthritis, which I knew it wasn't.
