I started seeing Olga at the very end of July and in just two weeks my pain in my hip and groin area has just about disappeared. I've been seeing Olga for my severe carpal tunnel and very high cholesterol, surgery is not an option for me and I can't take any of the cholesterol meds I've tried. She has been doing acupuncture and has me on herbs for my cholesterol. My carpal tunnel is almost non existent and I'm able to sleep without braces on at night. If you've been on the fence about trying acupuncture or cupping, just do it. I’ve been dealing with awful stress headaches and knots all over my shoulder blades for years. Massages were okay, but nothing even comes close to the relief I finally got at Optimum Vitality Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine in Carolina Beach. I have been seeing Olga for shoulder pain that radiates down my arm. We are early in my treatment but I’m already having less pain. I would highly recommend Olga and Optimum Vitality.
