I have been having neck and lower back pain for several weeks. After several chiropractic visits and no relief, I was referred to Optimum Vitality. After just three visits, I would say I have 75 -80 % improvement. I will update after my fourth visit. I was skeptical about trying acupuncture, but so glad I took the plunge. Highly recommend Optimum Vitality!
I started going to Olga in my first trimester of pregnancy for morning sickness. I then went back at the end of my pregnancy to help induce labor in the final weeks. I went for acupuncture at 1pm and went into labor the same night at 7pm! Olga has such a calming presence and is so kind and gentle!! She was always able to accommodate my schedule and got me in when I needed it. I would 100% recommend Optimum Vitality to anyone!! I can’t wait to continue postpartum treatment with Olga!

About six months ago, I tried a chiropractor for chronic back pain that I was having. I left that session with a herniated disc, and the worst pain I have ever felt in my entire life for months!
