Optimum therapy- great place to go , they make you feel welcome every time. They made it a nice experience and didn’t make you feel uncomfortable. Drew - was very nice and helpful every step of the way through therapy. Malea- sorry if I spelt your name wrong. She was kind and helpful.
Great environment when you go in. Everyone is in an upbeat mood and positive. The vibe carries you through the struggle of the healing part of your injury causing you to go through PT in the first place. I enjoyed my many visits and going back to hear my small accomplishments in my progress. Most importantly you feel heard when you speak. When you talk, they are listening.
Optimum is the place to go especially for sport injuries and rehab! Drew and the crew have been amazing! They treated my son and did pre-hab prior to his surgery to make sure he was optimized and ready for healing and therapy post op. Once ready for therapy after surgery, they did everything possible to make sure he was ready in time for football season. I cannot thank them enough for all their work, flexibility, and care! I cannot say enough good things about Optimum Therapies! I had a very bad fracture of the leg/ankle and they were able to get me back on my feet again! When I needed additional sessions, they were there for me! Amazing people with amazing care! Would never go anywhere else!
The team at Optimum was fun to work with. From the time I entered the door to the time I was done, I felt supported and enjoyed my time there. More important, I felt like I received the best possible care for my recovery. Thank you to Drew & Maleea!
