Great team of professionals. I'm currently seeing Chris Wayne for physio and he is excellent and very knowledgeable. All of the staff there are very good at what they do.
I can't express the amount of appreciation I have for the team at Optimum. I have accessed a few services here. Massage, Kevin is amazing and he knows how to tackle tight muscles. recently I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis in both Knees Chris and Nadine have helped me with pain management, physio and bracing. And of course Scott is the only Chiro I trust to handle to deal with my back I will be back soon as I find out if I need surgery or more physio.
