I received excellent treatment for an injured shoulder. Unlike other physios I’ve been to, the injury was explained to me in layman’s terms, which really helped to understand the importance of the treatment plan. Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. I found Joe very professional in his approach and he offered a more hands on approach with a combination of massage, dry needling and tens to relieve tension in my neck, shoulder and arm caused by a pinched nerve in my neck.
