We highly recommend Optimum Physiotherapy in Wodonga. Joe and his team are both professional and friendly! I go to the weekly Pilates group class. This has been an integral part of assisting me to both strengthen my core and reduce lower back pain. The staff take an active interest in their clients and we look forward to continue to utilise this Physio establishment!
