Eve is an incredibly knowledgeable physiotherapist. She really hones in and identifies the key issues and then targets the problem areas accurately and effectively. Highly recommend!
Pilates is executed perfectly and expertly under Eve’s tutelage. The basics are paramount; form, technique and as slow as possible to achieve traditional Pilates. Eve never loses focus on these fundamentals. Her background as a first class physiotherapist only adds to her skill set, taking exceptional Pilates to perfect Pilates. Every class is fun and enjoyable with much laughter. It is such a joy attending Eve’s classes.
Eve is an absolutely amazing physio.
