The whole staff was excellent ... from the desk folks with scheduling and dealing with insurance, to the therapists in the back ... particularly Nicole and Ashley (the only two I worked with). They both were very knowledgeable in their respective roles. Ashley executed my evaluations and was always willing to answer my many questions as well as provide information about how I'm doing and what to expect next. Nicole was my PT and was fantastic. I was very pleased with the results I achieved at Optimum. Janell was very personable and very informative. I walked out today with no pain and not limping. They printed out the exercises so I can continue at home if I have any more issues. Thank you again.
Update 3/4/25. I had to stop my therapy in December ‘24 because insurance stopped paying, and I had plateaued and wasn’t making progress. I had a manipulation under anesthesia on 1/8/25 and had to start PT again on 1/9. I saw Ashley, PT, DPT for my re-evaluation and Nicole, PTA for my treatments. Nicole performed necessary manual techniques to keep scar tissue from adhering again and progressed my range of motion and strengthening where I now have a fully functioning knee! Dr. Shaista Ambreen; is an excellent explainer, personable and good at figuring out the underlying problem. She is a credit to physical therapists everywhere. I'm glad she is in my corner.
The staff was friendly and professional. Nicole was compassionate and patient with me as she provided me with stretches that were effective in addressing my pain. Thank you Optimum!
