Optimum Physical Therapy and Sports Rehab is a high quality center which did an amazing job with my shoulder recovery. Dr. Premila Martin is truly outstanding with a constant cheerful, positive attitude and she is an experienced and effective physical therapist. With her constant encouragement, support and guidance, my shoulder mobility and strength improved by >90%. She is ably supported by Ms. Lucy at the front desk who does a terrific job with scheduling. Can't thank you enough Premila and Lucy!

I visited another PT facility in the area to address a nagging knee injury but wasn’t happy with the service. At Optimum, Premila and Lucy were instrumental in getting me back on track. I appreciate their flexibility with my schedule and their attention to detail. Thank you!

The best Physical Therapy I been to. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My therapist Ms. Premila worked with me and now I am walking . I'm able to step up and down curbside which I had a problem doing before I went to OPTIMUM P/T. Ms. Premila is very professional, knowledgeable and she listens. Thank you Ms. Premila. I recommend OPTIMUM P/T.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Martin at Optimum PT. She was able to diagnose my Achilles Tendonitis and get me on a plan to get back to normal within 4-6 weeks. She always has a positive attitude and is very helpful and knowledgeable. If you are experiencing any running issues, I'd highly recommend her.
