I cannot rate Diego and the facilities at Optimum Health & Performance Griffith highly enough. I take my teenage dancer to him for treatment of a shoulder injury and he is extremely knowledgeable and professional in his approach with the aim to return to performance level activity. The facility is amazing and would rival anything seen in the city.
I took my son along and he saw Diego! He listened and was able to find the issue in no time. A great guy
Finally receiving ongoing care for my knee replacement complications and shoulder rotator cuff tears, Alex has expertise in so many areas of rehabilitation and I am so very greatful Griffith has the services of this genuinely kind, caring, and dedicated Man, thank you Alex! See you at my next appointment.
Alex has helped me through a couple of injuries, he has very in depth knowledge of the human body and how it functions, He also has a lot of experience diagnosing symptoms and guiding through rehabilitation
