I was contacted by Maria from Optimum Disability and Support Services to complete a cleaning service for one of their clients. From the beginning, the process was extremely unprofessional. I was asked to write a honest/positive review of this company by the team .. so here I go. Out of 4 companies I have tried , this company by far had to be the worst. The lack of care and commitment by not only the care workers, but by the office staff as well! The office staff are always scheduling supports without even notifying me and expect me to pay the late cancellation, I never asked for these supports! I highly recommend Karen and her team at Optimum. The care, patience, and dedication they’ve shown have helped my daughter come out of her shell in ways we never imagined. In just six months, we’ve seen a remarkable difference in her confidence, emotional wellbeing, and skill development. We’re incredibly grateful to the entire team for the positive impact they’ve had on our family.
Absolutely love Karen and her team! These ladies have gone above and beyond for not only my son but all of us. Always there when help is needed even at last minute these ladies make it all happen!
