I was asked to write a honest/positive review of this company by the team .. so here I go. Out of 4 companies I have tried , this company by far had to be the worst. The lack of care and commitment by not only the care workers, but by the office staff as well! The office staff are always scheduling supports without even notifying me and expect me to pay the late cancellation, I never asked for these supports! I highly recommend Karen and her team at Optimum. The care, patience, and dedication they’ve shown have helped my daughter come out of her shell in ways we never imagined. In just six months, we’ve seen a remarkable difference in her confidence, emotional wellbeing, and skill development.
