My child’s mother used this company’s services and has asked me to write this review on her behalf. There are a number of concerns within this company starting off with the lack of communication. After reading other reviews I can confirm that this is an ongoing issue within this company and needs to be addressed with someone higher up than so called management. I was contacted by Maria from Optimum Disability and Support Services to complete a cleaning service for one of their clients. From the beginning, the process was extremely unprofessional. Maria advised she had no photos of the property, no information about the condition of the home, and couldn’t even provide basic details such as the number of rooms. I was asked to write a honest/positive review of this company by the team .. so here I go. Out of 4 companies I have tried , this company by far had to be the worst. The lack of care and commitment by not only the care workers, but by the office staff as well! The office staff are always scheduling supports without even notifying me and expect me to pay the late cancellation, I never asked for these supports! I highly recommend Karen and her team at Optimum. The care, patience, and dedication they’ve shown have helped my daughter come out of her shell in ways we never imagined.
