I was working with a ladder and fell 8’ to the ground. Went to the hospital and did X-rays and scans and no broken bones but a lot of soft tissue and muscle damage. I started using red light therapy at The Spa. From day one, I started getting relief and healing. This red light will speed your recovery up. Thank you Tina for suggesting this would be helpful for my injury.
This is such a wonderful spa! The staff is so welcoming and the massage therapists and the esthetician are fabulous. There is also a thermal circuit that is so hard to find around here!
