I made an appt with Daniela after a recommendation due to a very sore shoulder and arm. Daniela is amazing!! She knew exactly what needed to be done and got to work with treatment and dry needling. I was amazed at how quickly I was able to regain full movement in my shoulder and arm,?the improvement has been amazing. Daniela is super friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and always has a smile on her face. I highly recommend Daniela and the team at Optimum Allied Health.

I have had chronic neck pain for many years. The Physio at Optimum, Daniela, was able to initially give me pain relief but also a plan to get better. After half a dozen treatments t I was able to go back to regularly exercising (which i couldn't do for years as any activity gave me neck pain). I now just go for a physiotherapy appointment when my neck flares up and am usually back to normal within one or two visits. The physio clinic in Capalaba is also amazing!

I was recommended to Daniella at Optimum physiotherapy by my chiropractor after being told by a surgeon I needed physio to fix the ligament tears in my ankle. After my first appointment I saw immediate results. I'm 4 weeks into treatment and the ankle has improved greatly . Can't recommend Daniella highly enough.
