I payed 5,500$ for them to work with me over previous issues only for them to do my taxes for one year and never heard from them again on resolving the issues that they were originally paid to handle despite reaching out multiple times, truly a scam if you’re coming to them for help for anything beyond filing for the year. If zero stars could be given this “company” would 100% deserve it.
Great and professional place to get your taxes needs taking care of
Definitely would not recommend very rude receptionist. Cannot accommodate working families. Only takes appointments 10-5pm during tax season.. like what? she Definitely needs an update on her customer service skills.
