I've always been an avid athlete and movement enthusiast (golf, yoga, powerlifting, basically anything) and deeply value the freedom and capacity to perform at a physically high level. Nikki is absolutely amazing! She's helped me so much with my back, neck, and wrist (two of which are life long issues, the other was suddenly onset). I don't wanna know how bad I would be physically if I hadn't found her. Now you have to acknowledge that you are the problem, but that also lets you take control over it. If you don't know what to do about your physical problems I would 100% suggest trying it out

Nicole has been great! The Alexander Technique has proven to be very helpful in my life. I have become much more aware of my own body and how I move and position throughout the day. I was able to find the cause of a very painful shoulder and she taught me how to correct my positioning. She has also taught me skills that allow me to relax and release the pain and tightness around a former back injury.
