The best massage therapist i’ve ever been treated by! Courtney was extremely thorough, explaining what she was doing throughout every step. Optimize You was a very inviting atmosphere and they made sure i felt comfortable at every step of the process. Im feeling much more mobile, less restricted and very excited to see how it helps my physical therapy training as well. Between the PEMF treatment and the Massage i was well taken care of and will certainly be recommending their services to anyone in need

To say that I feel so much better after receiving a Thai Massage from Courtney would be an understatement!! There are not enough star ratings to express how much of a difference she has made for me!! I feel AMAZING!! I was in so much pain, but now I am back to moving around pain free!!! I HIGHLY recommend her!!!
