Had them do my 2023 taxes. The bill doubled from the year before. Then got audited CRA wanted a copy of my receipts which unless I paid them more I had to do alone. Then CRA informs me my taxes were done wrong. I owe them $5,000. When I called to speak with Optimize no one would phone me back.
Use Optimize for all your accounting needs! They are professional, affordable, and have expertise that can't be beat. My taxes are a bit complicated because I have a property in the US, but that was no issue for Optimize. Be less stressed and have peace of mind by using Optimize!
