The owner of the shop is fantastic! Immediately upon walking in, she treated me like a goddess. Alopecia hit my self-esteem hard, but Tacandrya built me up the whole time I was there. The prices cannot be beat, but more importantly, the customer service is outstanding. This is my new wig shop.
Went to this store kind of timid but the owner was amazing and respectful. She walked a beginner though there first steps in wig ownership.Definitely A+ will go back.
Ms. Candace you are truly a light, such a gem. You have to be my favorite business owner and OptimismIC has to be my favorite business. You have such class and grace, always treating your customers AND their families like your own. You were made for this. I don’t live in Minnesota so sadly I can’t stop in store, but I always make sure to order online AND (she always ships your orders super fast) lol. I love it, I love her! Great woman; great business owner, great business!!! This is my favorite hat y’all. :)
Ms. Candace is absolutely amazing. She was so helpful and sweet. She makes sure that you are more than happy with your choice of hair. I'm from Ohio. My fiance and I drive truck and found this place on the way through Minnesota. I am a first timer with wigs and she made me soooo very comfortable.
This was hands down the BEST customer service I have received in my life!! I was going to another store, but the name caught my eye and I chose her shop instead. The owner was very kind, warm, welcoming and she was very helpful, she even offered me hot cocoa. I got a great deal on the three wigs I purchased, PLUS she gave me quite a few free items, and I lost it, lol. I got glue, lashes, bands, straps, lipstick, the list goes on.
