Optimise Overflow, owned by myself Susan Newman, comprises a yoga studio and a therapy treatment room. There are classes available Monday to Friday including yoga, pilates, and qi gong. I teach yoga classes and also offer a range of massages. Therapies offered include Sports and Remedial Therapy, Swedish Massage, Reiki, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Cupping, Kinetic Taping, and Hot Stone Massage.
