Optimal is truly a gem. Chris and the entire staff are always incredibly supportive and kind, and the space feels so welcoming from the moment you walk in. I genuinely feel heard every time I’m there. Chris is extremely knowledgeable, and you can tell he absolutely loves what he does — it shows in the care and attention he gives. I’m so happy I found this place. 10/10, highly recommend!
Just go see Chris! Whatever your goal is, he is going to help you get there and on your pace. After you start that process, meet the rest of the team and enjoy the other services, to include a fantastic facial.
