Very helpful and knowledgeable of everything I’ve ever asked them have helped me progressively over the years every time I’ve been in there they even helped me from nicotine percentages to what any part of a vape does would definitely recommend going here!
Seen a lot of lying distasteful reviews on here so I figured I’d leave a real one every time I go in here it’s a positive vibe and they understand each of their customers as they listen to their problems retaining any thing about vaping accessories not working or even just flat out broke out the package a dealer situation not even theirs they’ve understood and helped I I commend them
I’ve never been in there before and as soon as I walked in the guy with curly hair and glasses profiles me and says I’m not allowed to be in there. I said I’ve never been there before was told to hold on and asked about tattoos. Again - I’ve never been here. Simply went in for a vape and was profiled based on my hair color. Don’t come here and waste your money and time.
First time here with my wife and the cashier was very arrogant and rude right off the bat, he immediately started off by saying he doesn't know if we are allowed there, mind you our first time and he proceeded to go into the back and tell us to wait and then come back out questioning my wife about if she has tattoos and saying well you have pink hair so you look like you could be this one girl. I have never been so disrespected i My life more than going to to the store every time I come there I never ever receive my loyalty points, even though the store is incredibly overpriced, but because I was looking at another product and asked my girlfriend for her opinion for something for my husband, he’s threatened to call the cops on me and told me I was banned I will never be yelled at in that store ever again and I can’t wait to talk to the owner I would never go there if I was you I can tell you.
