I saw Annie as an osteopath and for personal training. I was a dog walker at the time and ride motorbikes, also my posture wasn't great. Annie would help relieve my pain whilst helping me strengthen my lower back to help my posture. I was so nervous about going to the gym, but she gave me confidence with how to use the equipment correctly so I wasn't embarrassed in going to the gym. I cannot recommend Annie enough, she is honestly amazing.

I came to optimal synergy after having posture issues and a bad back for a few years. My first session has been amazing the practitioner Annie knows exactly what she’s doing. Her knowledge and passion for her work put me at ease straight away, she gave me full check and break down that I could easily understand. After my session I feel fantastic!! Can’t wait for the next treatment. Thank you Optimal synergy x

Annie is a fantastic therapist who has helped me overcome a number of injuries. After debilitating shoulder and hip problems, I now have full movement back in both joints and have been able to continue playing sport at a high level despite concerns I wouldn't. I could not recommend Optimal Synergy highly enough. Definite 5 stars!

Annie is the loveliest lady and always puts a smile on my face when I go for treatment. She has helped me sort out many problems with my back and hips and is very knowledgeable when it comes to her profession.

Annie is an excellent osteo who takes the time to really understand your situation. The techniques she uses and the attention she gives to the symptoms you describe have already started to relieve some of the issues I've been having with a dysfunctional SIJ despite only having seen her 3 times.
