I have just returned from visiting Rachel and had to leave a review. I have had real problems with my back, neck and shoulders for a while. I contacted Rachel and booked a visit and she was brilliant. She went through my history and listened to what had been happening before showing me some of the science behind why I was feeling pain where I was.
