If I could give this company a zero I would. I paid for service almost a month ago and I have yet to receive service or a refund! I have contacted Ms. Johnson several times with no reply. I have heard every excuse under the sun as to why transportation service has not been delivered! Do not do business with optimal, reliable transportation. They are anything but reliable.

ORT is a transportation company for our family needs. We are able to support our daughters Charter School transportation. The commute is not realistic otherwise. We have used 4 other previous transports, and this has been the best option since out first company that stopped post COVID. Thank you for your support and flexibility.
