I came to physical therapy with persistent pain in my wrist and thumb joints, and Ray was absolutely incredible throughout the entire rehabilitation process. He listened carefully, explained everything clearly, and built a treatment plan that actually worked. Thanks to his expertise and encouragement, my pain has dramatically decreased and I am back to my normal activities. I couldn’t be more grateful.
