After 15 years of using my hip to overcome the periodic dysfunction in my osteo-arthritic ankle, my hip was 'buggered'. Anthony identified the inflexibility in my hip, weak glute medius, tight lumbar and QL. Each treatment was so beneficial to release these areas and the homework exercises worked perfectly.
