At 52, I have a very good awareness of dieting and have lost 10 to 20 pounds six times. I did four sessions with Chris in order to better understand some of the subconscious reasons for my weight gain. I really like Chris’s approach. Listening for half the session to the thoughts and feelings I’ve had during the week, and half the session of hypnosis. Very convenient to be able to do it virtually. Initially, I was not 100% sure what to expect from this type of therapy. Chris quickly settled my apprehension and with his help I feel better prepared to handle any situation I find my self in. I would recommend for sure!
