Attending an Optimal Living live/virtual retreat and grassroots community event was a grounding and meaningful experience. Every event I've attendeed hostel by Versandra has been a great pleasure! From yoga sessions, to group relationship wellness and I even had an opportunity to experience a personal wellness consultation that included a much needed chair massage. I've referred others to Versandra for various services and they were also pleased. Optimum Wellness Retreats is Definitely a Jewel and PILLAR in every community!
