I've done the Santa Cruz Challenge multiple times. The first time was so I could learn about the various gyms in Santa Cruz county. Then, I signed up again the next year because I found out it gave me so much more! Not only did I have fun working out, but I found a community of people and local companies I continue to connect with. Get out of your shell and remember to put in what you want to get out!
What a great company! They offer boot camps, nutrition consulting, acupuncture, chiropractic, nasal specific . They run a very successful weight loss program and have a fabulous in-house and online store. Check them out!
Especially love the positive attitudes, support and encouragements given. I have been participating in the SC Challenge and am amazed by the early morning team work and positive loving energy shown!
