Dr. Shereen has helped me with lower back pain. I'm a physically active person but have been suffering from lower back tightness upon waking. It was getting so that it would last throughout the day. I noticed improvement after my first and it's just been getting better from there. She's my first stop for what ails me. Her knowledge, talent and her ability to set you at ease is wonderful. I highly recommend Optimal Health and Acupuncture!
